Hapus akun Kiddotime

Dari dalam aplikasi (langsung)

  1. Buka Kiddotime, ketuk ikon Pengaturan (roda gigi) di Home.
  2. Masukkan PIN orang tua.
  3. Gulir ke bagian Akun, ketuk Hapus akun & data.
  4. Ketuk Hapus untuk konfirmasi. Jika diminta, pilih akun Google yang sama sekali lagi.

Akun langsung dihapus dari Firebase, dan semua data di tablet (profil anak, riwayat bermain, PIN, kode pemulihan) ikut terhapus.

Tanpa aplikasi (lewat email)

Kirim email dari alamat akun Google yang dipakai di Kiddotime ke [email protected] dengan subjek Kiddotime account deletion. Permintaan diproses paling lambat 30 hari, dan kami membalas setelah akun dihapus.

Data di tablet tidak bisa kami hapus dari jarak jauh karena tidak pernah dikirim ke kami. Hapus dengan meng-uninstall aplikasi.

Yang dihapus

  • Akun Firebase: nama, email, URL foto profil, ID akun Google, dan UID.
  • Saat dihapus dari aplikasi: semua data lokal di tablet.

Yang mungkin tersimpan sementara

Firebase (Google) dapat menyimpan log keamanan, misalnya alamat IP, untuk waktu terbatas sesuai kebijakan Google. Kiddotime tidak menyimpan data lain di server mana pun. Lihat juga Kebijakan privasi.

Delete your Kiddotime account

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Kiddotime and tap the Settings (gear) icon on Home.
  2. Enter the parent PIN.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account & data.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm. If asked, choose the same Google account once more.

The account is deleted from Firebase right away, and all data on the tablet (child profiles, play history, PIN, recovery code) is wiped.

Without the app (by email)

Email [email protected] from the Google account address you used in Kiddotime, with the subject Kiddotime account deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days, and we reply once the account is deleted.

We can't delete data on the tablet remotely because it is never sent to us. Remove it by uninstalling the app.

What is deleted

  • The Firebase account: name, email, profile photo URL, Google account ID, and UID.
  • When deleted from the app: all local data on the tablet.

What may be kept for a limited time

Firebase (Google) may keep security logs, such as IP addresses, for a limited time under Google's policies. Kiddotime keeps no other data on any server. See also the Privacy policy.
